Nancy Grott, an expert in Small Business Start Ups, is the Executive Director at the Clinton Arts Center. Nancy's delightfully infectious  sense of humor and her enthusasitc laughter add to the many skills she brings to the Clinton Arts Center. Under her leadership CAC is well positioned to grow into the hub of creativity and economic development that is the mission of the CAC.

Prior to working at the CAC, Nancy worked in the capacity of Business Development Consultant with a Fortune 500 Franchise Management company.  She coached small business owners and their staff in all facets of business ownership, management and development.  Nancy also owned her own small business in Austin, Texas.
Nancy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and her MBA from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Nancy is a newly minted Rotarian and looks forward to serving the village of Clinton through this organization.
