Clinton Arts Center, a nonprofit corporation, has made the difficult decision to close Twelve Restaurant as of September 30, 2019. Twelve will remain open through the end of the Clinton Fall Festival to help attract visitors to our beloved festival. We are so grateful for the generous support of our donors, patrons and customers, who supported Twelve and the Center.

CAC will continue to occupy 115 W. Michigan Avenue for the immediate future; however, all Fall classes have been cancelled at this time. CAC’s Board of Directors is now considering all of its options, including the sale or donation of its building. The Board will consider all proposals for a creative repurposing of the Building that benefits the citizens of Clinton and the surrounding areas. Please direct any inquiries to

Over the past seven years, the CAC has offered ceramics and painting glass classes to hundreds of students, held world class art exhibitions, and offered summer art camps and after school programs for our community’s children. Most importantly, we created a warm, welcoming and safe community gathering space that brought art and culture to Lenawee County. Although the Board is disappointed that the Clinton Arts Center did not grow into the sustainable art center that we envisioned, we are extremely proud of the legacy and memories that we created for the Village of Clinton and its citizens.
